I went through part of the BPML report...really interesting...one may easily get lost in all those millions mentioned. One thing that i see repeating is this: " no prior feasibility study". Before any project is actually started, a feasibility study is a must. I guess everyone knows that. So why did not anyone ask about this at that time? The actual government was in the Oppostion then, right? They could have raised the question. Or maybe they did :P i don't quite know ( enlighten me here...) so what had been the answer given?
(I joined the forum more to learn about mauritian politics rather than to actually have "intense" political discussion :P so bear with me if i ask some stupid questions sometimes...) |
