The Privy Council has reversed the decision of the Supreme Court today. The Privy Council found that Dev Hurnam, a former MMM candidate and barrister, is indeed guilty of fabricating a false alibi for his client. Dev Hurnam has been sentenced to six months’ imprisonment.
